DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
All repairs and services at Agent Mobile start with what we call a "diagnostic deposit." There's a lot that can go wrong inside your PC and sometimes it can be hard to know what might be causing an issue. Our diagnostic procedures have been designed to give us a clear idea of what's going on with your machine before we confirm a service with you. The service is offered in three different tiers depending on the condition of your device and/or issues your machine may be experiencing.
Standard diagnostic
Any device Agent Mobile takes in will be charged a standard diagnostic deposit. This deposit covers our initial labor in troubleshooting and finding a suitable repair solution. This includes a physical exam and cleaning, full suite of hardware tests, and diagnostic testing to confirm the issue.
* Diagnostic deposits are non-refundable.
* Standard diagnostic deposit will be applied directly toward the total cost of your repair.

Advanced diagnostic
The adv. diagnostic deposit is used for devices with severe damage or devices that require disassembly to properly troubleshoot an issue. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid damage, heavy physical damage, devices that do not boot or power on, etc.
* Diagnostic deposits are non-refundable.
* A portion of the adv. diagnostic is applied directly toward the total cost of your repair.

Custom diagnostic
This diagnostic tier is generally used for custom-built or gaming computers that require additional disassembly and diagnostic testing due to the number of unique failure points which may include: liquid cooling systems, RAID set-ups, graphics card or additional peripherals, etc.

* A portion of the diagnostic is applied directly toward the total cost of your repair.

PC / MAC REPAIRS AND SERVICES
Agent Mobile offers numerous repairs and services for PC and Mac computers. This includes service for both laptop and desktop computers. This section will detail a number of our common repairs and services, from hardware replacements to operating system repairs. If you have an issue that isn't covered by the following information, just give us a call, let us know what's going on, and we'll let you know what we can do for you! We only charge for service if successful and all repairs carry a 30 day warranty, so you can rest assured we'll do our absolute best to resolve your issues!
Clean-up
Have you been the victim of a pop-up scam?Viruses causing your machine to run slow? Our clean-up service covers removal of viral infections, removal of unnecessary background programs, cleaning of temp/cache files & optimizations, installation of all Windows and Defender updates, and more!

Fresh Start
Windows or mac OS not working properly? Want to make sure your machine is wiped clean before giving it to a family member? Agent Mobile offers several services for giving your computer a "Fresh Start" where we can re-install your licensed operating system with or without back-up of your user data!

Charging issues
Having issues charging your machine? It could be more than just your charging port that needs work! No matter if it's your DC jack or your IO board, we'll find out exactly what's going on and make sure you can go to bed knowing that your laptop will be charged and ready for you in the morning!
* There is no one size fits all solution for charging issues. In most cases, the machine will require disassembly for us to give you an accurate quote.
Liquid damage
Spilled water onto your machine and now something's not working? Good news, Agent Mobile offers liquid damage recovery. Service starts with a full disassembly, drying the device, and a chemical wash on affected components.
* In most cases of liquid damage, our service is considered to be for "data recovery" purposes only. Due to the nature of liquid damage, we normally cannot offer any type of warranty on these services as we are unable to guarantee long-term functionality of your device.

Screen replacement
Cracked screen? Lines running through your display? No problem! We can replace your screen assembly and get you back to doing what you want to do, whether that is watching Netflix or writing a presentation!
* Every laptop screen is different. In most cases, we're unable to give you an accurate quote on your service before disassembling your machine to confirm part numbers for your screen.
Battery replacement
Unfortunately, most laptop computers today have an internal battery which makes it difficult to replace if you're having issues holding a charge. No worries, Agent Mobile has your back! We can replace the battery in your laptop and get you back on-the-go instead of being chained to your power adapter!
